The Maxxus 3-Person Corner runs on a dedicated 120V / 20A circuit, not a 240V line. Because it draws more than a standard 15A outlet, a certified electrician should install a dedicated 20A outlet and breaker. The outlet is non-GFCI, and the circuit should not be shared with other high-draw devices.

The cabin itself needs no building. The Maxxus 3-Person Corner arrives as a complete cabin, not a room kit, and two adults assemble it in under an hour with most panels connecting by built-in buckle clasps. The one piece of electrical work is the outlet: the sauna runs on a dedicated 120V / 20A circuit, so a certified electrician should install a 20A outlet and breaker. There is no framing, no insulation, and no plumbing.

The Maxxus 3-Person Corner uses 9 FAR infrared carbon heating panels: 3 on each of the two rear walls, 2 under the bench, and 1 on the floor board. They are Low EMF, which means electromagnetic field readings measure between 5 and 10 mG when taken 2 to 3 inches from the panels, lower than many standard infrared heaters.

The ideal range is 118°F to 132°F, and the sauna can reach up to 140°F. FAR infrared warms your body directly instead of heating the air, so it feels effective at a lower air temperature than a traditional steam or stove sauna.

The Maxxus 3-Person Corner is a true 3-person sauna, with room for three to sit. The exterior measures 60 in wide by 60 in deep by 75 in tall and is built to tuck into a 90-degree corner, so plan a corner spot in a basement, home gym, or fitness room.

Indoor use only, and the two back walls are designed to sit flush in a 90-degree corner. The Maxxus 3-Person Corner can sit on carpet or any indoor floor and works well in a basement, master bath, or fitness room. Leave a few inches of clearance around the cabin for airflow, and keep it within reach of a dedicated 120V / 20A outlet.

The Maxxus 3-Person Corner includes an interior chromotherapy color lighting system with a red light feature, interior and exterior LED control panels, a Bluetooth and MP3 aux sound system with built-in speakers, and a bronze tinted tempered glass door with side windows. The cabin is built from natural reforested Canadian Hemlock.

The Maxxus 3-Person Corner ships as three cartons (about 500 lb on the pallet) by freight carrier and is delivered curbside. It weighs around 390 lb assembled. It is backed by a 5-year warranty.
