These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase made through our online store. This website is operated by Saunass, LLC (“Saunass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting content, signing up for communications, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our other posted policies, including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility and U.S. Market
This site is intended for users located in the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site or place an order. If you use the site on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party.
2. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Product Information
We sell saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, accessories, and related wellness products.
We try to present accurate descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, lead times, and availability, but errors, omissions, supplier changes, and natural material variations can occur. Product images are illustrative only. Product-specific pages, written quotes, and invoices may contain additional or controlling terms for the item you purchase.
4. Orders, Availability, and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase.
An automated order confirmation or payment authorization does not mean we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at any time before delivery, including for suspected fraud, pricing or typographical errors, stock or supplier errors, shipping limitations, payment issues, suspected reseller activity, policy violations, or other lawful reasons.
Acceptance occurs only when we send written notice that we have accepted the order, begin fulfillment of the order, or deliver the product, whichever occurs first.
If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will issue an appropriate refund of the amount we decide not to fulfill.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where required. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. Financing, installment, or deferred-payment options are offered by third parties and remain subject to their own approval criteria and agreements.
Unless a third-party financing program states otherwise, full payment is due at the time required at checkout.
6. Promotions, Gift Cards, Credits, Financing, and Price Matching
From time to time, we may offer promo codes, gift cards, loyalty credits, financing offers, bundled discounts, or price-match promotions.
These offers are subject to any separate terms disclosed with the offer, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, may not be combined unless expressly allowed, and have no cash value except as required by law. We may refuse or reverse promotions applied in error, through abuse, or in violation of the offer terms.
7. Shipping, Delivery, Site Access, and Risk of Loss
Your purchase is subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable U.S. address and for ensuring there is safe, adequate access for freight delivery. You are also responsible for site preparation, measurements, permits, utilities, code compliance, and any contractors needed after curbside/driveway delivery.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, installation, assembly, electrical work, plumbing, crane service, and indoor placement are not included.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
8. Returns, Cancellations, Damage Claims, and Warranty Support
Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are separate from change-of-mind returns and are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s written warranty. We may help coordinate support, but the manufacturer’s written warranty terms control unless we expressly provide a separate written warranty.
9. Product Use, Safety, and Customer Responsibilities
You agree to use all products safely, lawfully, and strictly in accordance with the product manual, warning labels, and all manufacturer instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring proper installation, foundation/pad, ventilation, drainage, electrical service, plumbing connections, water care, sanitation, maintenance, and code compliance where applicable.
Do not allow children to use products without close adult supervision. Do not use products while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Consult a licensed physician before using a sauna, hot tub, cold plunge tub, or related product if you are pregnant, have heart, circulatory, blood pressure, respiratory, neurological, or temperature-sensitivity concerns, or have any other medical condition that could be affected by heat, cold, or water exposure.
Stop use immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, overheated, or excessively cold.
10. No Medical Advice; Wellness Claims
Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended as a guarantee of any health result.
Individual experiences vary. You should not rely on site content as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
11. Reviews, Testimonials, and User Content
If you submit a review, comment, testimonial, photo, video, tag, social post, or other content to us or about us (“User Content”), you grant Saunass a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that User Content for marketing, customer service, analytics, and business purposes.
You represent that you own or control the rights to the User Content, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not infringe the rights of any person or entity. We may remove or decline to publish any User Content at our discretion.
12. Email and SMS Communications
By providing your email address, you agree that we may send you transactional messages about your orders, deliveries, returns, warranty support, and customer service.
If you separately opt in to marketing communications, you agree that we may send promotional emails and, where offered, SMS/text messages about products, offers, or reminders. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out using the unsubscribe link in emails or the instructions provided in a text message.
13. Limited License and Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product selections, software, and design, is owned by Saunass or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, mirror, republish, sell, or exploit site content without our prior written consent.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or any product for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
Prohibited conduct includes violating laws, infringing intellectual property, introducing malware, interfering with site security, harvesting data, impersonating others, submitting false information, abusing promotions, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or purchasing products for unauthorized resale, redistribution, or export. Unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing, products are sold for end-user use and not for unauthorized resale or distribution.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The site may integrate with or link to third-party services, payment providers, financing providers, installers, carriers, or websites.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, terms, privacy practices, or content. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
16. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
Except for any written manufacturer warranty that applies to a product you purchase, and except for any rights that cannot legally be excluded, the site and all site content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the site, including implied warranties of availability, accuracy, security, merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose as to the site and site content. Product warranties, if any, are limited to the applicable written warranty made available for the product.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saunass and its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, delay damages, contractor costs, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the site, these Terms, or any product or service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such limits are prohibited.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saunass and its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, your User Content, your violation of law, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
19. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, production interruptions, carrier delays, freight disruptions, acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, utility failures, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
20. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Before filing a claim, you agree to notify us in writing and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, then any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any purchase from us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Arbitration may be conducted by documents, video conference, telephone, or in person, as permitted by the applicable rules. You and Saunass waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of your first purchase from us by sending your name, order number, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out to:

If the arbitration provision or class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court on an individual basis.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute between you and Saunass are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the site. The updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
