The Golden Designs Catalonia is a freestanding Near Zero EMF FAR infrared cabin in Canadian Hemlock that runs on a dedicated 240V / 30A circuit and assembles in about an hour.
Power: The Golden Designs Catalonia runs on a dedicated 240V / 30A circuit. A certified electrician should install the 240V outlet and 30A breaker on a dedicated circuit.
Heat: FAR infrared warms the body directly rather than the air, so it runs cooler than a traditional sauna. Ideal range is 118°F to 132°F, with a 140°F maximum.

- Two-adult assembly Cabin panels connect with built-in buckle clasps, typically in about an hour.
- Indoor use only Place on carpet or any indoor floor, with a few inches of clearance around the cabin for airflow.
- Break-in cycle Run one short empty heat cycle before your first session to clear any manufacturing residue.
