The Custom Indoor Sauna Room 7' x 10' x 8' is a pre-cut, choose-your-wood Finnish sauna kit for a 7' × 10' room with an 8' ceiling.
Power: Choose from 4 10-11 kW heaters (all include sauna stones), or order with No Heater. See the heater comparison on this page for specs and pricing.
What's in the box Pre-cut interior · you supply the shell
Everything for the 7' × 10' interior, pre-cut in your chosen wood. You supply the framing, insulation, electrical wiring, and exterior wall covering.

- Foil vapor barrier for moisture protection
- 1×4 tongue & groove boards for walls & ceiling, in your chosen wood
- Clear 1×4 bench boards (20″ deep) with supports, custom-built to your bench layout
- Ergonomic backrests and a comfortable headrest
- Corner moldings for walls, ceiling, and baseboards (matching wood)
- All-glass sauna door with wood handles and trim
- Duckboard flooring for the walk area (matching wood)
- Upper and lower vent grills for air circulation
- Traditional sauna bucket with liner and ladle, plus a sauna thermometer
- Marine-grade, wall-mount, vapor-proof sauna light
- Detailed installation instructions
